We started working with Tiger Lillies Skin Food, an independent luxury skincare brand, ahead of their launch, preparing their online shop, Google, Meta, and TikTok ads, customer tracking set-up, and content strategy in readiness for their go-live date.
Over the following year-and-a-half, we delivered a full-service digital marketing package that included search and social advertising, TikTok and Reel creation, and collaborations with a diverse selection of influencers who helped to represent Tiger Lillies Skin Food’s ‘ageless, genderless, raceless’ ethos.
Results
We transformed the Tiger Lillies Shopify store into a beautiful, informative, easy-to-use ecommerce site, directed photo and video shoots to capture brand assets and social content, and led Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and influencer outreach campaigns.
By looking at customer journeys and heatmaps, we made continuous UX/CX design optimisations which increased the store’s add-to-cart and conversion rates, exceeding our proposed targets within three months.
Expanding the shop’s payment options and ‘customers also bought’ suggestions also helped make the checkout experience more frictionless and informative.
We also generated leads through a ‘skin stages’ quiz, which grew Tiger Lillies’ database of email subscribers and gave the brand valuable insights on customer demographics and behaviours.

We directed and styled eight photoshoots, in the studio (product shots), on-site (in the skin food lab), and on-location.
Our images and videos led campaigns across all digital spaces, including web, email, paid ads, and TikTok.
