Year 1

Kitty started Trapeze Media on her own with no funding. Our first big gamble.

Trapeze Media was born in 2016 when Kitty secured her first client: Marine Ices in Camden, with a retainer that covered her rent. One fewer risk to worry about, for now.

When the #IceCreamForBreakfast campaign had customers queuing up around the block she knew she was onto something.

Year 2

The agency brought its first freelancers on board. More work, less time, more money out… you know the feeling. But it paid off.

 
 

Year 3

Our third-year gamble was honing our focus by niching down into the hospitality sector.  Concerns that this would limit our opportunities were unfounded.

Year 4

And then, the pandemic.

We worked HARD and doubled down on our core sector as hospitality businesses closed across the country.

But it paid off: our fourth year saw a 250% rise in revenue. We signed our largest contracts, grew our training course so we reached hundreds of new customers across the country, and expanded our team.

Year 5

With businesses reopening and hospitality brands looking at digital marketing with fresh eyes, we noticed how the sector’s tools and techniques had fallen behind, especially compared to e-commerce.

We invested profits into building a tracking solution and hired our first full-time members of staff.

 
 

Year 6

Our next big gamble is preparing our tracking product for launch. What isn’t a gamble now is how we deliver the services that we have been managing since year one.

Now, we’re a digital marketing agency working with hundreds of businesses in the hospitality sector.

We’ve developed a powerful tracking solution for web that could revolutionise how hospitality brands understand booking data. Our invention is set to go live across three brand sites and, in our seventh year, will become a viable, scalable product.
